My name is Paloma but you can call me Palito. I am a Chilean doctor, passionate about well-being, as well as a yoga practitioner. I strongly believe that we can make our lives better by training our minds to be present and enjoy simple things. By learning how to make conscious and informed decisions in our daily lives we can meet our goals and find purpose in what we do.
Join me on the mat for a safe vinyasa yoga practice, full of evidence-based lifestyle and health insights. Each session will be focused on a specific aspect of wellbeing and explore its connection to yoga. Together, we will deepen our practice and enhance our overall health and wellbeing.
